After sale (brand new defective batteries and chargers can be sent for exchange)
If you are not satisfied with the goods within 7 days from the date of shipment and it is not a product issue that affects the second sale, we will provide you with a free exchange service. The return and exchange shipping cost needs to be borne by the customer. (Products with the customer's logo can only be repaired and no exchange will be provided. The logo will be confirmed by the customer before arrangement.)
(2) Free repair is provided for any quality issues within one year (damage caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty).
(3) The battery is a consumable item without a protection board. It is strictly forbidden to charge the battery when it is completely drained. The battery will report once it is drained
Precautions for using 18650 lithium-ion batteries
9.1 When using batteries, the following items should be noted
Do not heat the battery directly or throw it into the fire.
Do not assemble or store in a high-temperature environment (above 60℃).
Do not short-circuit the battery directly.
Do not corrode the battery casing with acids or alkalis.
Do not throw it into water and do not place it in a damp environment.
Do not strike or impact the battery.
Do not dissect the battery or alter its internal structure.
9.2 Pay attention when charging
The charging temperature is limited to 0℃ to +45℃.
Do not charge the battery in reverse.
The charging method must not be to directly charge the battery. It is strictly prohibited to charge the battery with alternating current.
When charging, use the charger designated by our company and operate our products in the correct way.
9.3 Pay attention during discharge
The discharge temperature is limited to -20℃ to +60℃.
When discharging, the lower limit voltage should not be set lower than 2.3V
The discharge current must not exceed the maximum current specified in the specification sheet.
9.4 Storage Precautions
After being stored for a relatively long time, the battery needs to be pre-cycled three times.
Store in a dry and low-temperature environment.
Batteries that have been stored for a long time should not carry more than 30% of their capacity.
